Initial Consultation and Cost Analysis

We start the ball rolling with a free initial consultation to discuss your build. Our aim is to align our expectations and vision from the outset so we can find a solution that’s tailored to your project.

Once we agree on the approach, we’ll sign a preliminary contract. From here we engage the architect and planner, get the consent process underway and start working on a formal cost analysis. The final stage is engaging an independent certified quantity surveyor to provide an in-depth cost analysis.

Project Planning

The next step is signing the full project contract. When we have agreed terms and signed the contract, we immediately begin the building consent process. Consents can take a while to be processed, so we move as quickly as possible to maintain momentum for your build and meet the proposed project schedule.

The Build

Project management and open communication are key throughout the building process. As soon as construction commences, we schedule regular meetings to keep you updated on progress and allow you to make informed decisions if changes are required. It also gives you complete visibility over your project, so you can be confident your build is on schedule and within budget.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

Our inspections, compliance protocols, and quality assurance processes are thorough. We make certain the finish meets the highest standard and is well-documented for future reference. These steps also make getting your Code of Compliance stress-free and straightforward, so you can finish your build with confidence.

Handover and Guarantee

With the sign-off process complete, we’ll hand over the keys and let you celebrate. We want you to be 100% happy with your new build, so if you have any issues within the first year, you can simply get in touch and we’ll quickly get things sorted. Twelve months after the completed build date, we arrange a maintenance check to ensure there are no areas of concern. You also have a Master Build 10-Year Guarantee to protect your investment, giving you peace of mind that your home is built to last!
